November 19, 2008
Fifteen 4th Year students with their instructor, Mrs. Bevs Saavedra-Widmaier visited Holcim's butterfly garden and planted trees .as part of their special subject, Nature Science. They were able to plant 75 molave and mahogany seedlings

November 23, 2008 morning
Batch '83 Alumni with their Lasallian children, did their share of planting tree at one of our partner public schools, Del Carmen Elementary School.  They were able to plant 250 mahogany and varied fruit trees.

Br. Raffy A. Reyes FSC the School President and Mrs. Marina Confesor the Night High Schoo Principal together with Ms Loi Buendia, Ms. Lina Querubin and Mr. Carmelo Pocdol represented the school in the rally against the inclusion of the 8 barangays of Iligan City in the Ancestral Domain of the MILF and ARMM Region territory.

August 1, 2008
The Grade 6 Br. Mutien Marie had their exposure at the School for the Deaf and Mute. They learned signed language, played games and shared their snacks with them. This is the third Grade 6 class that went and interacted with the deaf and mute students.

July 29, 2008
The St. Joseph High School Chorale, Bacolod City together with their trainors and teachers with De La Salle Zobel two students, two teachers and School President Br. Dennis M. Magbanua went to the Don Gregorio Lluch Memorial Hospital (City Hospital) and the City Reformatory Center (City Jail) for a reach-out. There they had interactions with the patients/watchers and juvenile delinquents and female inmates respectively, rendered some songs and distributed snacks.

July 21, 2008
The First Year Level once again responded to the need of the Pediatric Charity Ward of the Don Gregorio Lluch Memorial Hospital (City Hospital) by donationg three more electric wall fans to improve the ventilation of the area.

July 25, 2008
The Development and Alumni Relation Office coordinated with the T.H.E. and Social Action Office for a "One La Salle Market Day" wherein the vendors were asked to pay Php100 registration fee. This money will then go to the Scholarship Endowment Fund.

July 24, 2008
Grade 5 St. Therese went for their exposure to Cabili Village Elementary School.

July 22, 2008
Two classes in the Third Year Level went to the City Reformatory Center (City Jail) for their exposure. At first, the students were afraid to go inside the building but when they interacted, they enjoyed the activity and also made some realations about life, the situation of the inmates, and gave suggestions as to their response or reach-out for them.
